Reelsaudio ("us", "we", or "our") operates the Reelsaudio mobile application (the "App").These Terms of Use affect your legal rights and obligations. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the App.
Please note that the content of the App is for your general information and use only. Any other way of using is at your own risk and responsibility. All the information you will receive is being gathered based on your account and interactions data.
Reelsaudio grants to you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service on any mobile device owned, leased, and/or controlled by you. This license is not a sale of the original App or any copies. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved and retained by Reelsaudio.
No App, nor any part of App, may be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Reelsaudio. You may make single copies of materials displayed on the App for your own personal and noncommercial use only, provided any copies include the copyright and other notices displayed with the materials on the Reelsaudio.
As soon as subscription is confirmed, you’ll be getting information, listed in the App’s description in App Store. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user, and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
Subscription options:
Please make sure you turned off the subscription, if you don’t want to use the app anymore. To turn it off please go to Settings – iTunes Store, App Store, tap your Apple ID and then tap “View Apple ID”. Select “Manage” in the “Subscriptions” section, choose “In Private” and turn the auto-renewal off.
You can stop using the App by uninstalling it at any time. Please make sure you turned the subscription off (please see “Subscription” section for more info).
No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription.
The App may contain hyperlinks to services, websites, and content offered by parties other than Reelsaudio. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference and convenience only. Reelsaudio does not control such third parties and is not responsible for their content.
All material content included in or made available through the App, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, HTML code, Java applets, Active X controls and other code, is the property of Reelsaudio and protected by international copyright laws.
Reelsaudio retains ownership of all subsequent copies of the App and all derivative works based on such App. All other content not owned by Reelsaudio that appears on the App appears with the permission of its respective owners and is the property of such respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Reelsaudio.
None of the material contained on Reelsaudio App may be translated, reverse-engineered, disassembled, decompiled, transcribed, stored in a retrieval system, translated into any language or computer language, retransmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photo reproduction, recordation or otherwise), resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of Reelsaudio. You may not use, copy, or modify the Service or any copy in whole or in part, including any print-out or modification of the source or object codes, except as expressly provided in this Agreement. You may not disclose, display, communicate, or otherwise permit the use of the App by or to any third party for any purpose.
You are prohibited from using the App to provide analytics or any other service to any third party or otherwise process the data of any third party. This limitation does not restrict your ability use the App to research and understand data and content created or shared by others on social media.
If you are not satisfied with some service, or have a problem that needs to be addressed, you can send a written complaint at info@achilov.com. The App undertakes to consider the complaint within 3 working days and issue a written response.
The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute or claim through negotiations
If the dispute cannot be settled amicably within 30 days from the date on which either party has served written notice, the dispute shall be finally settled in accordance with the current legislation of the republic of Uzbekistan.
The App and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the service are provided by Reelsaudio on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. Reelsaudio makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the service, unless otherwise specified in writing.
You agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the service, information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the service, Reelsaudio's servers or electronic communications sent from Reelsaudio are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Reelsaudio will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any service, or from any services received from or other interaction with an advertiser listed on the service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Please be aware that the current Terms of use may be changed or updated at any time, so we recommend you to check them from time to time.
